- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — book a free demo and we set you up on a trial with your own shop's data. No credit card needed.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time. Move up or down; your data stays yours and nothing is lost.
- Do prices include GST? How is GST charged?
- Prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST (SAC 998314) is added on your invoice, and you receive a proper GST tax invoice every billing cycle so you can claim input tax credit. Dealers in Madhya Pradesh are billed CGST+SGST; dealers in other states are billed IGST — the total is the same. Please share your GSTIN and state so we bill you correctly.
- What is your refund and cancellation policy?
- You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan runs until the end of the period you've already paid for. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, as the software is available to you throughout that period. Annual plans, being discounted, are non-refundable once the term starts. If we ever bill you in error, contact us and we'll correct it.
- Does my plan auto-renew, and can I change the plan?
- Yes — monthly and annual plans auto-renew via Razorpay so your service isn't interrupted. You'll be notified before each renewal and can cancel or change plans any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle. If our prices change, we'll give you advance notice before your renewal.
- Will it work on my old shop computer?
- Yes. It's built to run on older PCs and slow internet — no special hardware.
- How many users can I add?
- Basic is single-branch, Plus covers up to 3 users, and Pro is unlimited users across branches.
